Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) special meeting featuring Guest Speaker Ian Lockwood

The Hillsborough TPO Technical Advisory Committee will be hosting Ian Lockwood as a presenter for our Monday, December 4 meeting. Please note, there will be a few housekeeping items, but no traditional agenda. Ian Lockwood is a nationally recognized leader in sustainable transportation policy and urban design. His “Roles & Designs of Arterial Streets in Hillsborough County” presentation will provide recommendations on how to best approach accomplishing the County’s vision as outlined in their Strategic Plan. Support for these recommendations will be offered from various angles, including relevant metrics, levels of comfort and safety, historical examples, and practical real-life models. We invite you to join us, virtually or in person, in accelerating reform and building a consensus for change!
