The purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the Future Land Use (FLU) categories in the Tampa Comprehensive Plan (the Plan) and associated policy provisions that provide a bonus, incentive, or targeted outcomes above the FLU category in the Plan. The study shall examine the effectiveness of the associated policy provisions in responding to the 2045 Vision and feedback provided by the community. It will also provide recommendations to address the overall structure of the FLU categories. Suggested modifications will be integrated into forthcoming updates to the Plan.
