Vision Zero at work in the community

The TPO provided supplies for the Crosswalks to Classroom project at Potter Elementary School on May 13. The community came together with Vision Zero, Sidewalk Stompers, and Walk Bike Tampa to bring creativity and visibility to the crosswalk at the school. Sidewalk Stompers is also helping to implement new yard signs that were recommended in the TPO Tampa School Transportation Safety Study. These signs (like the one shown above) are available from the TPO lending library at the Plan Hillsborough offices in County Center.
