TPO Board to consider “Roll Forward” Amendment in September

At the Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Board meeting on September 10, 2025, a new Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) “Roll Forward” Amendment will be considered.

A Roll Forward Amendment is an annual amendment to the TIP that ensures consistency with the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Work Program. The FDOT’s Work Program is incorporated into the TIP and approved by the Board in June and becomes effective on October 1. The “roll forward” amendment is needed to account for project changes between June and October.

This is the first amendment to the TPO’s Fiscal Year 2026–2030 TIP.

This “Roll Forward” Amendment contains 39 projects in total:
• 11 transit
• 8 resurfacing
• 6 safety
• 4 capacity
• 2 signal
• 3 planning
• 5 various (landscaping, drainage, etc.)
