TIP Amendment: I-4 Express Lanes from I-75 to County Line Rd

The TPO Board will consider amending the Transportation Improvement Program at their December 10, 2025 meeting to add the following project:

Add I-4 Express Lanes from I-75 to County Line Rd project (FPN 456967-1) to the TIP. FDOT intends to add two express lanes, one in each direction, along the 17-mile corridor. The project has $3.7M in state and federal funds to fund preliminary engineering. The project website is https://www.fdottampabay.com/project/1164/456967-1-52-01.  The total estimated project cost is $500M.
