The Planning Commission is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to provide analysis of the impacts of expanding the Urban Service Area boundary in Unincorporated Hillsborough County specifically in the Interstate-4 and Little Manatee South areas for Unincorporated Hillsborough County Florida.

The study will consist of the review and analysis of the Interstate-4 and Little Manatee South areas, provide facilitation to ensure meaningful public engagement, provide recommendations to inform the amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Map, and possibly other County policies and maps.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to the Planning Commission offices on or before February 24th, 2025, by 5:00 pm.
