More Community Plan Update Meetings Coming to Riverview in October

We’re excited to invite you and your community to participate in the Riverview Community Plan Update, an important opportunity to shape the future of our hometown.

The Riverview Community Plan, first adopted in 2005, includes 13 goals and strategies that reflect the community’s vision. Now, we’re updating the plan to ensure it continues to meet Riverview’s needs today and tomorrow. This effort will also coordinate with the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA), which is conducting a separate study that may extend the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway from U.S. Highway 301 to Big Bend Road. The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners requested both the update and the study.

Community plans are citizen-driven. Your input is at the heart of this process. We encourage you to attend one of our upcoming meetings, share your ideas, and help us set the course for Riverview’s future. Be sure to check the project page for all the latest updates!
