Multi-modal Level of Service reports for the municipalities are in development. This will include LOS for highway, bike, pedestrian, and transit for Unincorporated Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Plant City.

The MPO is also in the process of reevaluating the methodology behind the way we calculate Multimodal Level of Service. This effort looks at the way Level of Service is calculated for bicycle, pedestrian, and transit. In 2017 the MPO completed a white paper that focused on best practices from around the country and some possible updates to incorporate into the methodology.
