To keep our citizens well-informed and engaged, we’re excited to announce the launch of our newly designed public hearing notice signs. These signs will replace the bright orange ones you’ve seen in the past, which were used to notify the community about upcoming public hearings for the Planning Commission, TPO, and the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).

We’ve switched to a more environmentally friendly white sign as part of our commitment to sustainability and inclusivity. These new signs are bilingual, featuring both English and Spanish, ensuring that residents are aware of upcoming public hearings. You’ll see the new signs posted in neighborhoods where proposed plan amendments to our Comprehensive Plan or changes to the Transportation Improvement Program are being considered. We believe this change will help make our public processes more accessible and transparent for everyone in the community.
