This will be a small-group discussion designed to garner discussion among community members and other stakeholders, facilitated by the project team. Topics to be discussed include:
- Acreage Thresholds: The minimum acreage for development to be eligible for up to 2 dwelling units per 1 acre.
- Aggregation: When two or more parcels that share a property line adjoin into one cohesive property.
- Infrastructure: Basic facilities such as roads, schools, water and sewer lines, and other public facilities necessary for a community to function and grow. Note: this meeting will discuss general infrastructure policies, not specific county infrastructure projects.
