If you would like to participate virtually in the Planning Commission Regular Meeting or Public Hearing, you are required to register by filling out our Online Public Comment Form below. Virtual Participation sign up closes 30 minutes prior to the Regular Meeting or Public Hearing start time. If you would like to participate in person, you have two sign-in options, and they are as follows:
- You may register to attend the meeting by filling out our Online Public Comment Form up to 30 minutes prior to meeting start time; or
- Register at Reception Desk just outside of the meeting room
