Fowler Avenue serves as a main gateway to many of Tampa and Hillsborough County’s important employment, education and research, medical, and residential areas. The corridor connects organizations like the University of South Florida, Moffit Cancer Center, and the Florida Hospital with areas ripe for redevelopment opportunity like University Square Mall. The opportunity to create a cohesive vision for this area serves to benefit everyone who lives, works, studies, and plays within the corridor.
