November 2022 – Following two additional community meetings held in August and October, the Commercial-Locational Criteria Study will be presented at the Planning Commission public hearing on December 12. The purpose of the study is to determine the best location for future commercial uses and to make it easier for neighborhood-serving commercial uses to locate in areas convenient for residents. This is an ongoing text amendment with a Board of County Commission public hearing tentatively scheduled for January. We welcome your participation and feedback at the public hearings!
