Each year, the Independent Oversight Committee produces an annual report summarizing the results of the surtax audit and any findings made. The 2019 Annual Report is the inaugural report and contains the audit results, as well as information about what the surtax can fund, how it is divided among HART & the municipalities, and some project plan highlights.

The 2019 Annual Report was presented to the IOC for approval at its annual public hearing.
